Directed programs and managed communications for projects in many departments. Consultant for institutional change with 180 colleges and universities. Led cross-operational groups to collaborate and reach consensus on major projects. Managed traffic for publication, content development, and project logistics. Responsibilities: annual budgets/finances, grants making (arts and sciences), design of program assessment and curricular reform, external reviews, human resource management (recruited, hired, and supervised staff), and event management (visiting writers, skills workshops, and convention planning).

Communication
